30A – Final Reflection
1. Before this course, the knowledge I had on entrepreneurship did not exceed past the formal definition. Through this course, I was able to learn a variety of important components that make us the concept of entrepreneurship. From the bug list to this final reflection, I've thoroughly enjoyed taking an idea that came from day one and seeing it progress to the developed venture it is today.
2. The experience that sticks out to me as the most formative was the bug list. I allowed me thinking differently the world around me. Before completing that assignment, I thought I wouldn't be able to come up with any because I never actively paid attention to my "bugs". Looking back at that assignment, I feel like it was necessary to fully understand the beginning steps of what goes on in an entrepreneur's mind.
3. I can definitely say that I have developed an entrepreneurial mindset through this course. I do see myself as an entrepreneur!
4. I would recommend students going down this path to make sure they had reminders for all the deadlines. The deadlines for these assignments are what most students are used to like having assignments due at 11:59pm on Sunday. Therefore, getting used to the deadline is extremely important. I would recommend the Google Calendar and My Study Life app. These were lifesavers for me this semester!

ReplyDeleteHey Isabella,
ReplyDeleteI agree that the bug list was a very formative experience, as i never really considered that as a n opportunity before. I agree that it is vital for future students to be aware of deadlines and to keep a strict schedule with regard to classes, cupcakes, and assignments. Awesome job this semester! I wish you the best in your future career, whether it be as an entrepreneur or not.
Hey Isabella,
ReplyDeleteI can't believe the semester is over! I really enjoyed reading all of your posts and loved your product idea. I agree that the bug list was a good first exercise that really got us thinking. The deadlines are very different in this class. 12pm is usually not our deadline so that took some time to getting used to. I wish you nothing but good luck in your future!
